This Exchange and Refunds Policy describes how goods purchased on this website may be exchanged or returned for a refund within the terms and conditions below.
Leonaura reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of this Exchanges and Refunds Policy at any time and without notice. Any variation to this policy will apply as soon as it is posted on our website.
Leonaura handles exchanges and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase of our products. If you are not satisfied, an item may be exchanged or a request for a refund within 30 days of the date purchase.
For Ready to Wear pieces - exchange for a different size or colour will be accepted or a refund given for change of mind.
For Bespoke pieces - no refund or exchange will be given. Any flaws in the fabric or finish will be corrected.
HYGIENE PRODUCTS - Due to hygiene, products such as face masks or pillow cases can not be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an Exchange or Refund an item must not be used and must be returned in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be given to the original purchaser.
Cut lengths of fabric, lace or ribbon is are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Gift Certificates may be exchanged by the original purchaser within 30 days of the date of purchase. Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and any unused amount is non-refundable.
To return an item for a refund, please email email@example.com with the following information:
- Your email address
- Invoice number and date of purchase
- Name of product purchased
- Reason for returning the product
We will respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to exchange the product or request a refund. The refund will be paid using the original payment method used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to reject a request for a refund if a returned item is not in its original condition when we receive it.
All shipping costs associated with the return of an item for exchange or refund are the responsibility of the purchaser.
